Hi, I’m Rachael – Designer and photographer with over 20 years experience, mum to four boys (including identical twins!) and two beautiful girls, based in Manchester.

My love of photography began over 20 years ago when I bought my first DSLR camera in New Zealand, where I worked as a designer. Capturing the stunning scenery sparked my passion for storytelling through imagery, and that passion grew into a career. I started by second-shooting at weddings before setting up my own photography studio. Balancing two jobs, I eventually left my full-time design role when I realised how much photography work I was turning down.

I specialise in helping brands stand out through professional brand photography, scroll-stopping social media content, thoughtful branding materials, and beautifully designed websites that tell your story authentically. Whether we shoot in my studio in Marple, around Manchester, or at a stunning location house, we’ll create images that perfectly reflect your brand.

While I’ve shifted my focus toward branding and business photography, I still take on select maternity and newborn photography sessions for clients who are looking for timeless and meaningful images.

Beyond my creative services, I also own Mumtobe.com, a popular parenting blog offering tips, advice, and resources for expectant and new parents, as well as Mama Made Business, a platform supporting women to start and grow their own ventures. Through workshops, networking events, and business mentoring, I help turn your ideas into successful businesses.
